coordinate the Computational Clinical Proteomics group.\r\nOver the past 15 years, my research has focused on omics sciences, particularly proteomics, and systems biology, using graph theory and network models that include protein-protein interactions, co-expression, signaling, and miRNA targeting. These approaches have been applied across the board in the biomedical field and in the study of viruses, microorganisms, and plants. Specifically, they have been used to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases and to monitor their therapeutic efficacy. In this context, cardiovascular, amyloid, lung, and cancer diseases are among the most frequently addressed topics.
