I am a permanently appointed researcher with expertise in the development and application of advanced analytical methods for biomedical and clinical proteomics, aimed at elucidating the molecular mechanisms of human diseases. My work combines high-throughput omics technologies with computational analyses to map protein interactions and signaling networks, focusing identifying and characterizing differentially expressed proteins as prognostic, diagnostic, and therapeutic biomarkers, as well as investigating related pathophysiological pathways. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and bioinformaticians, to integrate proteomic data into clinical research and translate findings into potential therapeutic targets. I also combine proteomics with systems biology approaches to advance precision medicine. I apply these methodologies across multiple research areas, including regenerative medicine, oncology, respiratory diseases, immune system–related pathologies, and rare diseases.
