Mission

The Institute of Biomedical Technologies integrates advanced expertise in biology, medicine, bioinformatics, and data analysis to address the most complex challenges of contemporary biomedical research. 

ITB’s activities are organized into four synergistic areas covering both basic and translational research: from omics technologies, artificial intelligence, and bioinformatics, to the study of cellular and tissue mechanisms, as well as epidemiology and human pathophysiology.
