I am a researcher that works on LC-MS/MS proteomics experiments and its relative data analysis, based on systems biology approach. My job consists in sample preparation, instrument optimization, performing LC-MS/MS experiments and data analysis and interpretation of raw spectra obtained. I have applied this pipeline to different biological samples (e.g. cell lines, biofluids such as plasma, urines, tears and tissues) collected from both human and animal models, applying it to the molecular profiling of several diseases and/or conditions, such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Epstein-Barr Virus infection, Multiple Sclerosis, Glioblastoma and Obesity. Currently, my past and present collaborations include different research institutes and/or hospitals in Italy, Europe and worldwide, such as IRCCS Medea in Bosisio Parini (LC, Italy), University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy), University of Rome “La Sapienza” (Rome, Italy), Institute for Research in Biomedicine (Barcelona, Spain), Columbia University (New York, USA), and several other CNR Intitutes as well.
