The Data Analysis research line represents a core strength of ITB, combining advanced bioinformatics expertise with state-of-the-art computational approaches to enable large-scale biomedical data analysis. This research line focuses on the development of robust tools and automated pipelines for “omics data”. In this way ITB supports the elucidation of disease mechanisms, promotes biomarker discovery, and enhances patient stratification for clinical research.
