The project aims to assess the association between exposures measured in midlife – including socioeconomic status, dietary habits, tobacco and alcohol consumption, physical activity, social network, sleep quality and medication use – and outcome variables such as mortality, the incidence of chronic diseases and healthy ageing, in a historical cohort with 20 years of passive follow-up.
