I am a dietitian with a Master’s degree in Health Professions of Technical Sciences from the University of Milan. My research activity at ITB‑CNR began in 2020, initially within the NutBrain project and subsequently, as a research fellow, in the European PROMED‑COG initiative. I am currently a PhD candidate at the University of Ferrara, where I contribute to the CARED project while maintaining a collaboration assignment with ITB‑CNR. Over the years, I have been involved in several research projects of relevance, including InvAt and NutrAge, through which I have strengthened my expertise in epidemiological methodologies and data analysis. My primary research interests encompass epidemiology, nutrition, physical activity, cognitive decline, and chronic diseases, with a specific focus on the integration of scientific evidence into prevention strategies and public health research.

Management and harmonization of biomedical data through organization, curation, and integration of heterogeneous health and research datasets into standardized formats.

Studying the dietary patterns and lifestyle behaviors of large cohorts of people of various ages and from different regions, and to analyze how these factors influence their health.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of a lifestyle intervention program to improve metabolic, cognitive and/or functional performance.
